At Barnstaple Equestrian Supplies, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, clean condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unused, free of horse hair or dirt, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, noting whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Barnstaple warehouse using a tracked delivery service for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
